Dahab 4 life!

So I've just returned form Dahab and it was EXCELLENT! simply fantastic. We stayed at a pretty shabby place(from the 18 to the 22 of september) called the penguin village, where there was only saltwater in the showers and sinks, and the paint was falling of the ceiling. But for the money(900 egyptian pounds) and all that we got with it it was great. We got a bus ride to and from Cairo, room with breakfast, bedouin/camel excursion, camel ride to the blue hole to go snorkling, trip up mount Sinai with a visit to the St Catherine Monastery. I however didn't go to mount Sinai and St Cat. because I had scratched my foot on some corals the day before :0(

Dahab was great non the less, we lived right by the sea over which we could see Saudi Arabia!!! Thay had great shisha there and beer, food etc was affordable (actually quite cheap in Norwegian standards). We could swim or walk right into the sea and look at the amazing coral reef the got there, with all sorts of beautiful colored fish. Speaking of which; the fish there was so good, I had see food every night hehe

My favorite thing about Dahab was the chilled atomosphere, the nice prices and the azur blue ocean. I would definitely recommend Dahab to everyone!
